Using soundhue is covered by Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps.

The price

soundhue is free to start: the demo and the first Stage of each part of Level 1 are free, and it needs no account. A monthly or yearly subscription opens the rest. Apple sells and bills it, at the price its page shows, and renews it automatically until you cancel; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. The yearly plan starts with 7 days free when Apple offers it to your account.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights under your local consumer law stay yours.
